My question is, why doesn't steam/ all the big devs give people a demo to try and play the game first before buying.I have no problem with fallout4 at all,zero, zip.Game is running way perfect then i thought it would for me.I feel like it would make almost everyone happy to be able to demo a game first before buying it.

if i pay the same price for 1s and 0s i expect my 1s and 0s to be identical to the other person who decided to continue supporting a bad buisness model that is employed just to grab Hypecash of customers who are afraid they will be missing out if they didnt.

the developers generally dont mind they made that stuff afterall and get the same share anyways its the publishers that are enforcing it just to try and milk as much as they can.

look at ESOs pre order deals for instance, buy this get exclusive accses to this and later the let anyone buy the same ''exclusive'' content for cheaper.

Tyrant just wants to act like a 2 year old with no concept of rationale so he can try to justify why he feels entitled to other peoples things, and even worse, so he can claim the moral high ground so he can feel somehow special for being a theif.

Making a demo for this would be costly. Some games have no excuse, but this isn't an easy type of game to demo.

at least a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ benchmark demo not a actual gameplay demo would be nice tho
no one likes to buy blind and 90% of these official system requirements are useless because various games can run completely differently on certain hardwares despite having same specs

actualy Skyrim had few free week trials and it just grew even more popular
and it has ♥♥♥♥ tons of bugs and issues too

Anyone that has bought a Bethesda Game Studio game previously (or an open-world game in general) should be smart enough to expect bugs. I have yet to play an open-world with any level of complexity that didn't have bugs.

With Steams refund policy that is largely moot. The only people shafted are those that bought elsewhere or don't have consumer protection laws on their side.

yea i heard this game is a huge time sink
which is good.. what is not good are reports of AMD people having huge fps drops in larger cities even on decent hardware yet nvidia intel people report no issues of the sort aside from few low end gtx users

Would you agree with me that the term to taking something that does not belong to you and is against the consent of the other party, is called "stealing"?

If not, what term best describes that action?

But if you do agree with that term, and to be clear about your position...it is morally good (that is, they should do it) for someone to steal if that person believes that they should get a better deal than what is being offered, correct?

I don't recall those...and I doubt that it would be the case they they offered them before or at release.

Within 2 hours of gameplay or 14 days from the date of purchase with exception of pre-orders that have beta access, which you can play unlimited until release date (then the restrictions begin).

You have to know how to use the refund policy is all. Obviously, if you are evaluating it and you only have 2 hours, you don't spen 1.5 hours on creating a character.

You take the stock character or slightly modify it for goofs, then proceed and explore to see if your machine can handle it and/or if it is likely that you will enjoy it.
