Also the Connectors covers an Area for Lights, no need to connect...
I do it like this to save Time and Connectors.... I simple put small Connector Poles (the little wooden ones) on the Top of the Houses, one Pole covers approx the Area of small House (Box) so if its bigger place more... Also it seems that Space doesn't matter, only the Area, what i mean is it covers everything from top to below, no need to place more connectors in House... Once done, you can place Bulbs on the full House.
Also another Thing i found, those better Industrial Bulbs only work well if placed on flat metal Walls, even if the House os wooden there are some Metalwalls, they dont seem to work on wood, dunno why, but Bulbs works.
Hm..
I have a very huge Settlement, its like Town of its own and floating in the Air, i have about 20 Houses there, every House has one little Pole on the Top, and i can even Place Industrial Lights on the Outside of the Houses beneath the Door without any Problem...
But sometimes they also bug out, they not glow but the surroundings is illuminated like they do, no big deal, sometimes moving them a bit helps... ;)
After that it should be more clear on how to give structures power.
