And yeah, might be a bug with the tesla upgrade, but... it'd be weird. While I could understand Covenant being a bit anti-PA, I can't really see Cabot's Mercs being such. :P
If you give the Npc's the slightest graze or damage they will turn hostile rather fast if you are wearing power armor. But if you are not, then they won't turn hostile from a simple graze. I think this is a over sight on the developers part because on multple occasions I had friendly Npcs attack me because I jumped down something while wearing power armor and a npc just happened to be close enough to feel the shockwave from the fall which will then make them turn hostile asap. This glitch is so annoying that I stopped wearing power armor due to how high the rate of npc's turning hostile towards you becomes while wearing the power armor is.
Yeah, but then why does it only affect a few people? I mean I can run up and stick my hand in the pants of any Diamond City or Minuteman Settlement resident and they don't give a fig. But these guys at Covenant and Parsons go bananas right away. IF the Tesla upgrade is wonky, it's very very irregularly wonky, and that confuses me. :P
