Bug in Massachusetts State House...

So I was going through the Massachusetts state house to get that Laser from a misc quest. At one point on my first run through, I opened the door in that central chamber, dropped down and Mirelurk Queen appeared. So I booked like hell up the now open corridor. I cleared the rest of the building, then went back to my base and grabbed my power armor. I went back through the building but the Mirelurk Queen was gone... so in an attempt to cause a respawn I closed the door I had opened from the terminal. Dropping down like I did before didn't cause a respawn, so I went back up to re-open the door so I could leave. However, that isn't working... at the terminal when I try to re-open the door I get an error saying "Emergency door override already initiated. Please contact your local fire marshall if you need to reset this operation" And I appear to be completely stuck in this area. In previous versions I could have used "~tcl off" to just move through the locked door, but that doesn't appear to work in Fallout 4.

Am I missing something obvious? Have I hit a bug? What's the command to turn off clipping? Inquiring minds want to know!

I got the clipping turned off, I needed to type 'prid' first... but I'm still wondering if there is a way to get the Mirelurk Queen to respawn or if I'm just stuck

OMG, I did the exact same thing. What an annoying bug.

If anyone else gets this problem, use the console commands. Press '@' to bring up the console then type 'tcl' then press 'enter'. You can then walk through walls. Repeat the process to turn it off.

On PC I had to do '~' to bring up the console, then type 'prid', then I could do 'tcl off' and 'tcl on' for some reason it didn't work unless I typed 'prid' first.

i killed the damn thing without the power armor. It was pretty difficult because of the legendary mirelurk crawling beside her but still... I had no quest though, was just passing through the swan lake (another surprise there), exploring

I've run into this exact same issue. I have a save from just before jumping down, so I'm ok there, but has anyone figured out how to get her to respawn?

Go to the terminal again and jump down. She then appears but it shuts the door instead of opening it.

So... I go back to the terminal, close the door, and the queen still won't appear, any other suggestions?, I'm not playing it on steam, but it is the only place where I could find this thread

I did that place in one session, hardest battle I ever done since I was running out of ammo

I use the tilde key and tcl, that works just fine. You don't need to add "off" since the "t" is for toggle. Obviously, once you are done, you need to go back and toggle it again to reset it.

I have tried several ways to get the Mirelurk Queen to respond. I'm not having any luck.

So, I went back to the terminal I used to open the security doors in the basement (the ones with the bright red light over them) and used the terminal to close the security doors. Then, I attempted to open them again. This resulted in this message on the terminal: "please contact your local fire marshal if you need to reset this operation"
Then I jumped down into the pool of water at the bottom of the basement and the Mirelark Queen regenerated. After I killed the Mirelark Queen, the security doors are still closed and there is no way to get out of the basement.
