Report a translation problem
They're not suposed to be matched (or rather, it makes sense that they would be, but bethesda is not big on sense); you need to multiply the X value by your resolution's aspect ratio (width / height). Maybe PA makes this even more pronounced, I don't know. I don't use PA.
edit: to clarify, the y value must be equal to the x value multiplied by your resolution's aspect ratio.
anyone found a solution for this?
Edit: Also I think it only happens to me when I'm crouched and not moving.
The following is my setup that fixed the other view modes.

The most annoying one? Weapon switch delay. It hurts my experience so bad, I die because of this.
I seriously hope this get's fixed
