Heavy Combat Armor
Anyone know of any reliable spawns for this armor (right arm specifically) other than Gunner bosses? Because I've cleared Hub City Auto Wreckers, Quincy Ruins, and Gunner Plaza with no luck with finding a heavy combat right arm.

Once you get over level 45 or so, it will occasionally be available for sale from Armor vendors in your settlements. I used the Armor vendor I have at the Castle to get a full set of heavy leather armor.

There is a console command amid for standard, sturdy and heavy that I used but can't seem to find again that allows you to mod any armour with the console

im having the same problem and heavy combat armor DOES NOT SHOW UP IN THE CONSOLE hell even if you go the testing room you can only find the left arm and the right leg XD only way i know of getting it is by svaing up and getting the overseer versions from vault 81
messed around with it a bit, just spawn combat armor, the type it gives you is random.

COMBAT ARMOR SET:
Combat Armor Chest Piece – 0011D3C3
Combat Armor Helmet – 0011E2C8
Combat Armor Left Arm – 0011D3C7
Combat Armor Left Leg – 0011D3C5
Combat Armor Right Arm – 0011D3C6
Combat Armor Right Leg – 0011D3C4

You get random as previously stated, a mix of Normal, Sturdy and Heavy.

What you need is the attach mod code for heavy armour then you can mod any armour to heavy I have a full set of heavy legendary combat armour but the amod code has been either moved or removed from Wiki

you could use this mod to simply build the armor at a workbench:

I use this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4550/?

Craftable Armor Size.

Go to your Armor crafting bench and just upgrade your existing armor pieces from Light or Medium to Heavy. Works on all armor pieces, uses materials to craft (so is lore-friendly and balanced).

Uses a completely different modification slot, so will NOT interfere w/ any other modifications on your armor pieces. Yes, works on Legendary pieces as well.

There IS a perk requirement to craft these (Armorer), but I can't recall exactly which perk you need to craft the Heavy variants of armor. I believe Medium variants are unlocked at Rank 2 and Heavy at Rank 3.

You are not actually crafting NEW armor, you are just modifying existing pieces of armor that you found or bought at your crafting station, just like normal.

So if you already have some combat armor that you like, you can just upgrade it to Heavy instead of trying to find completely new stuff.

That's actually incredibly smart. I'm damned surprised someone made something that useful already, since it's not usually until the GECK drops that stuff like that is made.

Must have been a nightmare to create without said GECK. D:

Oh, I agree. There are some pretty amazing mods out there already, especially when you consider they are doing these w/ FO4Edit and no GECK.

The modding community for Bethesda games is awesome, no doubt.

There is one full set of Heavy Combat Armor that well mostly full set that spawns on a Gunner Commander on one of the high way over passes near the Iron Works, the same Iron Works that has the Forge Raider Gang in it, in fact should be just east of it, you can even snipe the Gunners from the Iron Work's Roof top. Most often I get a Heavy Combat Armor Chest, and Two Heavy Combat Armor Legs, I've gotten a random arm now and then as well. There is also a Combat Helment in their main camp just east of the highway which you need to go through to get onto the highway.
