Action points not regenerating
I don't know if this is a bug or not, I did come across the crippled head bug where the debuff doesn't go away, am I still getting punished from this? At first i thought it was the difficulty I'm playing in since I'm playing in survival, but after swapping difficulty I soon found it that wasn't the reason. I've fixed the debuff bug and I'm still not regernating action points. Help?

THANK GOD. I thought I was the only one. This is extremely irritating. Game breaking even. I do NOT want to restart.

I think we have to wait for a patch. Verifying, reinstalling and restarting didn't help me, neither did some console commands I thought would help.

JUST FOUND A QUICK FIX:
Open theconsole with ~ button and type 'player.modav actionpoints 1' without the inverted commas.
It should add 1 action point to your character and the AP will start regenerating again. You can also use higher numbers if you want some more action points :P And if you feel bad cheating with the 1 exta AP you can put -1 later so it will deduct the action point.

I found that after one of the legs on my power armor broke, I went from 'regen AP faster while moving' to ONLY regen AP by moving, drains when not moving.
Which was annoying as hell.
It worked fine without the armor on.
I repaired the armor and it seems to work now.

Go to any water pump (at a town like sanctuary) and press 'E' to start pumping water. As soon as it goes to the water-pumping animation my AP started regenerating again. When leaving the animation it started to drain again, but then pressing capslock twice fixed it.

This also fixed me not being able to fire my weapons in first person.

if you're using f4se - reinstall f4se. Fixed it for me
