Meet Ness at the crash site

I went to the crash site and I try to talk to her, I say "Ness" and nothing happens. I tried maybe meeting her after midnight but that still did not work.

this quest is bugged for many people. Unless someone knows the Quest ID, in which case we could use console commands to reset the quest from the beginning... you would have to have the conversation with her again, but it *MIGHT* not bug out... unless of course you used the quest ID console commands to advance forward and not backward, if you did it backward you could potentially run into the same problem indefinately.... reversing it all just to end up at the same bugged spot over and over...

so in short, we need the quest ID, only cause it's a misc quest it's slightly harder, though not impossible, to find.

I am having a similar issue, where I show up at the crash site and I see the square marker for the quest on the ground, but Ness is not there, and the gunner mercenaries are gone.

UPDATE: I went to crash site, lock picked the secret compartment anyway, after time elapsed the quest disappeared from 'Miscellaneous' section.
