power armor, how to re charge?

well like the tittle i dont know how to recharge the power armore, i have 12 fusion cells but i dont know how to use them, they are already in my inventory but nothing happends

transfer them to the power armour

just walk to the backside of the armor and pop in a fusion core by transferring it to the armor. and an animation will play of him putting the core into the armor. (if its at a power armor station)

you need fusion cores not cells.

and all you do is hit R and swap them out if you are low, if you're in the suit and you run low but have the cores in your ineventory then it'll automaitcally take it out for you and put a new one in.

and it replenishes automatically when you are using the power armor

Its not, hes trolling you.

Wearing power armor makes the game easy mode, if you could wear it indefinatly, the game would be boring. With upgraded power armor I can punch a deathclaw to death... I have 1 strength.

Just stockpile Fusion Cores, and only use the power armor when you need to.

Actually, it is possible. I just started playing today with nexus mods. I wore it outside of the vault. I went all the way east then south, then came across raiders. They had their own hideout where there are heaps of stashed goods. They had a lock I was unable to pick which contained whatever it was (EDIT: that was in the vault actually, my bad). Whilst there, I had a notification that said the power armour’s cells or something was depleted, despite being able to walk around in it though. When I went outside, that notification disappeared. Then upon nightfall, I got the notification again. Currently it is 02:28, game time. Laptop battery died, so I am waiting to charge it up, then wait until it is morning, game time to see if my theory that this is a solar activated suit or not?
