Vault 81
Why are they all so dirty? They do have working water and showers, so why are they dirty?

I am curious, if anyone wants to spoil what experiment did Vault tec use on Vault 81. That'd be nice! OR was that one of the control vaults?

They were hi-tech medical vault researching a cure for any illness that may arise in an irradiated person. But they had a decent person for the Overseer who disobeyed the order to conduct experiments on vault dwellers
