Random radio static constantly
So im having some trouble with random radio static appearing over and over again with maybe 3-4 seconds pause. It is not there when i have my Pip-boy up or pause the game, it has not helped to restart, fast-travel, sleep or anything i can think of.

Anyone have similar problem? Or am i missing out on something like distress signal from camps or whatever.

thanks

Tried it, static continues through whatever radio channel i am tuned on/off. It seems to not be related

I get this sometime after playing holotapes at terminals, the recording ends, but the background static effect continues after I exit the terminal. To fix it, I go back into the terminal, play the holotape, then abort playback and he static is gone...until next time. Fixed it this way three times now.

I tried messing around with the 'audio', and the sound is coming from 'effects'. Tried doing a quest that said something about radio message but did not help.

I had this problem. It sounded like a record was playing in the background (just the sound of a record, no music or anything). I tried everything to figure out how to fix it, turns out, it was the sound the fire from my SUPER SLEDGE was making. If I equipped a different weapon, like a rifle, the sound went away. Dunno, maybe that's it?

Also had a super sledge equiped, and the noise went away I switched it out or put it away.

If it helps, I had to craft something onto the Gauss rifle and aim downscope to fix it.
