How do i repair brotherhood' power armor?

Hi i had a though fight at a mission near the brotherhood base came back and i could not repair my armor ??? I thought there is a NPC lady that does the fixes ? im aboard the skyship ? Any hint how i get my P armor repped?? im talkin about the given t60 armor. I tried the power armor stand but the repair was grayed out is that a Bug?

I don't know if she actually will but you can repairt it by using the power armor stand.

Because you're not at your Workshop where all your Junk is used to repair, like Steel for example. To repair it on Prydwen you need to bring the Junk with you ot take the T60 PA back to your Settlements. Red Rocket is where I have mine.

Many of us seems to be having this issue with the T60, we're unable to repair it, no matter where we are, eventhough we have the materials. It says we lack the requirement, but it does not explain which :(
