[Spoiler-ish] K1-98 Synth

Has anyone found the Synth K1-98 or Jennet in the Wasteland after the Hunter/Hunted mission? just curious because I've been around quite a bit and i havent seen her anywhere since then.

Yeah, it makes it feel a bit off after killing dozens of poor mercenaries and synth-terminator to get there, especially when your second job is being an agent for certain synth-helping organisation :D

I guess there might be some record about her in the institute, because she's a run-away synth....
unfortunately I've already blew the Institute up...

This is regarding K1-98 (Jenny).

:K1-98 (Jenny) Found Dead:

I went back to the tower the second I had unloaded all my loot, and found her dead on the floor. I searched the building thoroughly for enemies I mightve missed, but it was empty. I Think she was a loose end to a quest, and is supposed to die afterwards - because she opens no conversation after you save her, and she is also reluctant to speak to you after you save her.

update: she's still standing where I first met her, no response to conversation.
so I think @Moonmoon's case was an accident

She was still alive when I left her, I hope she will be back later, maybe a late prototype...

Basically, she goes to the Railroad's Ticonderoga safehouse after you rescue her. Later in a railroad quest the safe house is attacked by the institute, after you kill the attackers you can find K1-98 running away, I don't think there is any dialogue with her though

Its cuz you didnt set her free. I set her free and i saw her later in Ticonderoga during "Operation Ticonderoga"

i believe she maybe used for future development such as a DLC that makes her a companion after some requirements are met.
