Bones sticking out of body Bug/Glitch (FIXED) (DON'T JUMP INTO MOLTEN STEEL WITH GODMODE ON)

so yeah the title pretty much sums it up, my whole bloody bone system is sticking out of body, which not only looks horrible but blocks my view when i crouch in first person, making sneaking nearly impossible...when talking to npc's i dont feel immersed in the game because i constantly see my ribs and skull through my mouth, please give me suggestions on how to fix this (deleting my character and starting over is not an option)

-verifying cache integrity doesn't work
-making changes in showlooksmenu doesn't work

*FIX (thanks to the quick reply of ZephyrLuxx)*

go into console, click your character type "unequipall" this fixes the problem but removes pipboy, to fix pipboy go into console again, click on yourself and type "recycleactor" (warning: make sure your drop your stuff just to be sure you won't lose anything

or just type player.removeitem 001E22E5 (tested, works with the least of trouble)

This bug seems to be related to using TGM, but I'm not positive as I've not experienced it myself. Here's a possible fix to try.

I think this glitch might be coming from when your burn in one of the raider hideouts who are obsessed with flamers... I noticed it happening recently after being in there and burning from lava.

Confirmed. If you jump into one of the crucibles in Saugus Ironworks, without godmode, it kills you instantly. If you have TGM active, however, it 'equips' an effect to your character. That's what's causing the issue.

Moral of the story is... don't jump into pots of molten steel.

OMG! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was ALMOST about ready to find a previous save and do it all over again. I turned on God Mode, JUST ONCE, to see what would happen in the lava, and that's what I got. . . -_-'

Side Note, You look freakin AWESOME when covered in the lava! XD

At first it doesn't worked for me and after a while of searching, i noticed it says Current item count >> 100 or something. So just type "player.removeitem 001E22E5 *100". * = your item count. If you cant get it away with the command above.

This glitch often happens when you have god mode on and you enter an area that would normally kill you. Avoid entering campfires, molten steel pits, etc.

That is wonderfull thatks i can now play normaly aspecialy because u am a snek character

I installed a mod to make the mini nuke explosions much more bigger and volatile... It nearly instakilled me, and caused this exact issue, which I find hilarious. Guess that mod really does make them a lot more powerful. Thanks for the fix!
