Jewelry Safe in... 'falans?"
I just got a distress signal, and there's a woman saying she's trapped in a Jewelry Safe in Falans, or something... Anybody know where that is?

It took me a little bit to find it since I explored the whole mall, but you have to go to the area with all the tables and chairs. From there go down the escalator into what appears to be a basement store, and in the U shaped counter in the center is the button for the safe.
