Silver Shroud costume
Is there any reason why I can't give this to a companion to wear? I think it looks pretty cool but the armour I've got has considerably more protection. Is Bethesda actually forcing me to keep 7 pounds of carry weight in my inventory forever? I get that it's a quest item, but this is lame as ♥♥♥♥.

The associated quest for it is in Goodneighbor. Tune into the Silver Shroud radio station, then find and talk to someone named Kent to get things started. Afterwards it shouldn't be marked as a quest item any longer.

So after i complete the quest I can get rid of it? That's a relief. Silly as it may sound, that 7 extra weight is often make or break for me.

Where is Kent, exactly...I've looked everywhere in Goodneighbor and can't seem to find him?
