i have a question as well to stealth boy i had it but could not activate it does it work from alone?? and i gave it to the cyber follower and he went invisible ?? does it work without energy?? if? there is no description about it!

The Stealth Boy gives you stealth effect with the "Press Button" Animations.
The Railway Stealth boy does the same thing BUT WITHOUT THE "Press Button" Animation.

So the Railway Stealth Boy is Faster (In that sense) - NO Animation = Faster Activation.
