Unintelligible Radio Signal?

Im in the glowing sea. I upped a radio mast in the area, and this showed up. Anyone know what it does?

There's actually a few distress signals I've come across that work like this. Your best bet is to explore the immediate area in search of the HAM radio sending out the distress call. It could be from a different source, but mechanically it's all the same. Make sure you read terminals and any other bits of information you have before setting out to find the origin, as it's possible the signal is coming from a pre-war bunker -- often owned by Vault-Tec employees.
