Power Armor wont repair
I have T-60b and when I put it on the power armor station I cant repair it. It says I lack the requirements but I have all of the components needed to repair it.

I just developed the same problem. How did you resolve the problem?

Do you have sufficient ranks in Science! and Armorer?

Yes - and I have been successfully repairing it. But I came back from a mission and the Power Armor frame says I don't have sufficient resources - but opening the workbench shows that I have plenty of everything. For example, the frame says I only have 1 unit of aluminum so I can't do the repair, but the workshop says I have 2 shipments along with a bunch of misc aluminum junk.

I reverted to a save 2.5 hours back and found that I could do repairs, so I continued from that point (using a different mission sequence than before). On returning from the very next mission, the problem has returned.

This is my second play-through, and I haven't had the problem until now. The Power Armor is T-60d.

I have that problem once in a blue moon. I found if I save right there and reload it fixes the problem or I can leave the settlement zone and then fast travel back to it and it fixes that problem as well. It is a glitch in the game for sure.

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried both of those methods, but neither helped.

Ok - I really need help now. After being unable to repair my armor in my second play-through mentioned above, I reverted to my first play-through, where I had finished the story-line and was wandering around in a set of X-01 armor. Now I can't repair it either! Does anyone have a fix for this?!

Update: I bought more of one of the required items (which I already had plenty of) - once I added it to the workshop, I could repair the armor again. Maybe the fix will last...

Have you tried getting the necessary materials in your inventory and either going to a different settlement with a power armor repair frame (I think Sunshine Coop starts with one) or one of the random power armor repair frames located throughout the commonwealth? There in one just south of Fort Hagen in the sheds.

Thanks - I'll give that a try if the problem returns (see update to my previous post).

1st, make sure you have them actually deposited and not in your personal container.
2nd, I have found that sometimes 'shipments' need to be pulled, dropped, and scrapped directly to get their resources delivered. Not happened in a while, but there it is.

I have a problem similar to this but much stupider. The armor crafting menu shows me having all of the required parts to repair my x-01 chest piece, but it still gives me "Lacks the requirements to repair" message. It shows me with 2/2 circuitry et cetera and STILL I can't repair it. I've tried reloading the game, multiple times, I've tried taking the armor off the rack, I've tried adding new items to the bench, I've tried removing the items and then adding them back, I still cant figure out why it wont let me repair my power armor

UPDATE: I have fixed the problem. It seems like the armor crafting station was improperly displaying my materials (showing me as having 1 more steel than I did, along with 1 more circuitry than I did , and 3 more aluminum) I only figured this out when I took everything out of the worksbench and slapped it into a chest, it still displayed 1/10 steel 3/6 aluminum and 1/2 circuitry when I had nothing in my inventory. I checked my total steel and it turned out I did indeed have 9 steel, and not 10, so after getting that 1 piece of missing steel I was able to repair my armor.

TL;DR: Armor station was displaying the wrong number for parts I didn't have, fixed when I got the actual parts I needed.

What items do you actually need to repair calibrated X01 Mk6 legs?

I'm having the exact same problem. Anyone have a solution more viable than going back to an earlier save? I could respawn another same part using console commands, but I'd prefer to leave that as a last resort.
