Reputation and karma.

Hello. Does anybody know if the game have any kind of reputation/karma system? I know there is no karma system, but how about reputation?

Nope, you can hardly even kill any friendly NPCs, If you liked fallout 3 then definitly do not buy fallout 4 as its complete and utter trash.

There is reputation, it's tied to location and there's no way to know what it is. Just about anybody can be killed besides companions.

you have a reputation with various factions just because they beat you over the head with a flashing progress bar doesnt mean its not there. and karma was pointless seeing as you could alter it stupily easy

I wouldn't call it a trash, the game is good, but it could be better. I am highly disappointed there's no reputation in this game, because you don't really feel you're changing anything with your actions in the wasteland.

There is reputation with each faction, although there is no way to track it. There is no global karma system. But I never much cared for that anyway. I never understood how karma worked in previous fallouts as I would lose karma for stealing things or killing people completely hidden, and nobody witnessed the act. I like this system better. You can kill any NPCs that aren't companions or crucial to the story.

There is no karma system, but there is sort of a form of reputation in that people still remember the things you've done and react certain ways, or that you can end up pleasing or upsetting companions with your actions.

Fallout 4 is a massive improvement over 3. And you can easily turn character essential off if you want, just be wary of the consequences of killing a vital NPC.
