Duty or Dishonor
I started the Duty or Dishonor quest with the BoS, and I tracked the guy down into the airport ruins. The issue is, is that I can't find the Airport ID Card needed to use the elevator. Anyone know where is it, or if there's another way through the ruinss?

Perhaps you got stuck where i did, in the big pool of water where you find your first ghouls in the area there is a way up, you just need to go into the water and go as far back as you can through it. There you will find a way upstairs. Its what i myself missed at least, perhaps you are further in aldredy.

Even after that, I can't seem to locate the actual card. I have cleared it all I believe

The card is only needed to get back down quicker, if you have cleared the place, found the person you stalked there and spoken to him, the card should be on one of the tables in there.
