Arms nothing, since I don't use unarmed and have no ranks in Blacksmith. I would maybe change this if I could bind un-equipping weapons (srs wtf Bethesda) and not have to go into menu everytime.
Chest, I was using the Strength boost but swapped it up to the Jetpack for added mobility in the urban areas of the Commonwealth, once I got a few more points into Agility for more AP and got ranks in Action Boy for better refresh rate.
Legs, was using the carry weight mod but swapped to action point refresh since I figure either I'm Jetpacking or Sprinting for Pain Train, or if I do loot ♥♥♥♥♥ in a dungeon, usually ends up being way passed my carry limit even with the mods, so better to have the AP regen for moving with Strong Back.
Head, was using the Targeting Computer, but it bugged out for me on one or two quests and made npc's hostile. Between that and how annoying it got for npc's to be highlighted red all the time in conversations, decided it was better to go for the extra Intelligence. I also keep popping Mentats or Berry Mentats so it adds up for the xp in the long haul (10+2+2 = 14, or 10+2+5=17, respectively). I do miss how ridiculousy easy it makes to acquire targets, though.
Paint, I'm rocking Brotherhood, mostly just cuz of looks and lore, though Explosive Shielding is the best for sure, and what I use on my X-01.
Power Armor Animations - speedy animations so no more getting in and out slowly.
That Hot Rod paint and the Atom Cats custom job do look pretty badass, I must admit. Agility is totally not my thing though.
Head: Bright Lamp
Torso: Tesla
Both Legs: Explosion Buff
Both Arms: Tesla
X-01 VI (Companions):
Head: Life Detection
Torso: Tesla
Both Legs: Calibrated Shocks
Both Arms: Tesla
If so, any hints towards finding any parts?
Visionary's T-60 Helmer with Internal Databse for intelligence boost
Exemplar's T-60 Torso with Jetpack
Honor and Vengence with Overdrive Servos to run faster
Regular Left and Right arms since there aren't legenary versions of them
and everything in Atom Cats paintjob for charisma and running boost
I'd recommend Pain Train Perk and Moving Target Perk, they work hand in hand together, Nuclear Phisicist Perk helps too and you're literally a walking tank and nothing can stand in your way
It seems to be pretty rare, or just buried deep in a leveled list in death items.
Used the Legendary Mod. Granted that still required me to junk a TON of other legendaries for the Effect Chip the mod uses to allow you to select mods.
Also required 50+ Nuclear Material per piece to add a Legendary, among other 100s of materials.
Jetpack
Explosive Vent, and Overdriven Servos, or whatever.
I have Bright headlamp
I also use the weird food filter.
PA is a tremendous dissapointment over all because of its relative abundance. The set I use is geared for heavy lifting and carrying capacity. Otherwise I now have a suit for every possible combinations. I have made one of everything, in every model. It is truly disgusting and dissapointing.
