Ice cold Nuka Cola

I can't seem to power nuka cola machines, does anybody know how to make my favorite drink in the waste land ice cold?

Once you get to Goodneighbor there's a quest to find a brewery called "Trouble Brewin"

Once you find Buddy, instead of returning to the hotel to turn in the quest, keep it and send it to your favorite settlement.

It will walk the whole way there so it could take up to 3 in game days to arrive but you can put many of your favorite drinks in and they will become "ice cold" after a day.

Right here. I once got an ice cold Quantum out of one, I would guess that's the best drop from Lunchboxes. Damn, those things are cool.

but there is a problem with drinking buddy, he only can carry 479 drinks, and i want him toi carry 10000 drinks, prefer Nuka-Cola Quantum, how can i make drinking buddy carry more than 479 drinks?
