Cool Power Armor Station

Does anybody know how to get the cool looking power armor station for settlements, I'm talking about the one in the load screens and such that go around rather than in the back.

I believe you need a perk to unlock the ability to build it.

I believe he means the round armor station with red railings that can be found on the prydwen or at coc qasmoke not how to unlock the original which is the local leader perk. I'm also wondering how even though this is likely dead by this point

I was able to spawn the "rounded" power station. I did a search for "station" in console help, and found that there were 2 power armor stations. the top one I spawned was the one that is not in the build menu. Only down side was I had to adjust it with setpos x/y/z, and mess around with reloading a recent quicksave to find the best angle for it to spawn in as "square" to my armor bunker back wall.
