The Cellar/Basement in Sanctuary

Is there any way into that cellar/basement in sanctuary? The one behine the blue house on the left when you're nearing the cul de sac.

I got into it with no problems. Great loot down there! A good place to sleep as well in the very beginning portion of the game.

It's a root cellar, just mouse over it and you should get the option to enter it.
