But in this case, google is your friend. Since the game is currently purely community documented. At least at this point nothing is properly documented by the developers to my knowledge.
Buyers should expect, that a game (especially for this price!) will be well documented. Take a look at CD Project RED and The Witcher.
Shame on you Bethesda!
However sadly it means the devs have stoped trying to made proper manuals.
Imagine going to the movies. It costs you 10 bucks for a 2 hour movie. You can watch 12 hours of movies for 60 bucks.
I played 12 hours of FO4 on the first day and will ultimately play it for more than a thousand hours. I played Skyrim for almost 2000 hours and will surely beat that with FO4, which in my opinion has far more things to do and see and experience.
And I haven't even downloaded the first mod because I want to enjoy the game just as it was intended.
Yeah, it's a drag not having a manual. But for FKs sake, keep things in perspective. This game is worth every penny even at twice the price (but don't tell Bethesda that).
I didn't even know there was in game help either; I found that after reading about someone talking about it.
I purchased wasteland 2, which came with a manual. And it was an indie project. Certainly a triple A title could consider throwing a PDF with a link to to the internet in it and call it a manual.
My fallout 3 also came with a manual, so I am not sure where the rationalization is that this producer is unable to produce documentation.
At least it doesn't harass us to be a fan on facebook.
Not sure if there is one online even. I just looked stuff up or figured it out with trial and error.
