Stuck in inventory?

Are any of you guys getting stuck in it? I have had it happen multiple times when I leave to come on to the steam overlay. Anyways how do I get out so I can save?

It's the Steam overlay causing the glitch. You should be able to Shift+Tab a second time and clear the glitch.

Edit: I remapped my PipBoy to "i" - the Tab button will still bring it up, but if the glitch happens and I can't clear it, i allows me to back out of the PipBoy screen to save.

If you press shift and then tab again it should fix it. Same even if you're not in the inventory.

Recently i have noticed that i am unable to change the tabs inside the inventory. First page is weapons and then armor and ammo and on but then suddenly i cant change tab and have to stay on one entire tab so all items showing.

"recently" for this thread was NEARLY A DECADE AGO.

Also, since you don't own the game on Steam one might think you'd be better off asking where you bought it, since you don't elaborate as to why a non-steam game is behaving in this way. Expect this thread to be shut down like all of the necros of late.
