not yours the other guy, i agree.
Been on a roll of arguing on fallout forums over the new lore and what it means, probably shouldn't have assumed.
Sorry for coming off as a prick, I expected this to be like the last few.
If you're really hurting for it, get the fusion core perk to double their run time.
lol lore breaking....thats how at least the t-45 was desgined
Its a hoax! LOL
i am like 90% sure they do drain at same rate.
Fusion cores do last. The ones you have lasted at least 200 years. However the sellsman selling them 200 years ago neglected to mention that is their shelf life. This seems normal salesman overhype for fallout pre-war companies, so completely within lore for the game.
I look at it like this.
Fusion Core with a 100 year life span found 210 years later - I think they are lucky to get 30 mins out of a 210 year old fusion core. For me that is entirely lore friendly.
As far as it being "built in", everything is removable....some things are just harder than others.
But Fusion Core aren't rare you can buy some reliably from merchants and ennemy in power armor drop some, take price reduction skill and fusion core time extention and you will be able to use PA as you wish.
Sorry for english..
