Fallout 4 Mankind Redefined Bugged (spoiler alert)

So Mankind Redefined is bugged for me and i stupidly enough kept playing. It's now one day after and i can't be arsed to replay all these hours.

Anyways, Father won't start the meeting in the institute, he just sits there and stares, when i approach him he just tells me that we should talk after the meeting because it's important.

So... I've tried most console commands (resetAI, disable/enable, kill/ressurect, completequest) but nothing makes him progress. Anyone have a fix for this or am i doomed to find a save that will work? Sigh.

I found a fix! Type the following in console: help "inst303" 4
Find the quest ID
Then type the following: setstage x 30
x = the quest ID.

Nice! Shame I already loaded a previous save, but this should help anyone who gets the glitch in the future.

Out of interest, did you actually sit down for the meeting?

For me, you weren't able to start the meeting. All he would do is sit in his chair and keep saying the same 'we'll talk after the meeting' line. You could do anything (including sit in the chair) but the meeting would never start, no matter what you did, well, other then the fix that The Governator found or load a previous save.

how to find the quest id? and is it, setstage (id) x 30? ((i dunno what the guest id is cuz i get a bunch of ♥♥♥♥

typing: setstage 0002B4E9 30 didn't work for me. I dunno why, when i type it in i don't think anything is happening

This fix worked for me to,

I have not used a single command in this game having clocked over 120 hours of gameplay, so I am curios to know does using commands affect your character negatively in anyway? i never open the command console as I mentally associate it with cheating.
