Regarding Lady Killer / Black Widow
Do they give you unique dialogue like the previous games, or do they only affect in-game statistics? (Pacify chance, persuasion difficulty, etc.)

Must be based on Charisma, I have Black Widow 3, and I don't seem to have any better chances of successfully persauding another character than if I had put the points directly into Charisma.

It does help out greatly if you have intimidation perk as well against female human enemies.

No unique dialogues whatsoever. Ergo, this perk is totally useless.

it just makes the "unique" dialogues to work. The yellow/orange/red ones are the "unique" ones.

Those "unique" dialogues are available without this perk. They just have less chance of success without it.
