Science!
That's a pretty far leap to make based on nothing. You assume everyone is a troll, but quite a bit of people probably DID get it right off the bat. You go into perks, scroll down, find Science, and it tells you what you need.
Maybe someone else doesn't realize how to get down? Maybe someone thinks they have to 'build through' the chart first? Maybe someone is 'new' to this type of game? I don't know, so I'm not assuming that someone who DIDN'T get it is an idiot or can't figure it out, there are probably plenty of legit reasons why someone might not find it.
But the people pointing out that it's 'right there' aren't wrong. It IS right there, you scroll down, see the dude with a laser pistol or what have you in his hands, scroll over it, and it says Science! It then has the requirements, the least of which is Int 6. Then each successive rank will still have the requirements, and make sounds just for fun because you unlocked the perk.
See this post from Mohl? He tells you some of the info like needing Int 6, and even tells you what level you can max it out at. Please explain to me what part of all this, is him 'trolling'? I'm ever so curious to see what part it was.
And yes, we can assume I AM trolling you, at least a little bit. ;)
You may want to take some night classes on skyrim if you're a bit too confused.
I knew how to use it when i first got there but I'll admit it, I didn't know how to scroll down. When I finally did I was like "there's more?"
