how do you get radaway?

Find when looting or buy it from people. Or you could visit a doctor and get treated.

It's all over the place. I must have found 30 by now. Just gotta look for it. I've seen it on raider corpses if you want to start there first.

You can also make your way to Diamond City, there's a doctor there that'll heal your rads for 40 caps.

You will often find it in medkits in buildings - Or randomly on people or on tables and such.

Alternatively you can seek help from a doctor for a small free. Or if you've fought some Super Mutants, be sure to loot their mutated hounds for their meat. If cooked it will slightly reduce your radiation poisoning.

Finally - You can craft Radaway by yourself with a chemical laboratory if you have the right ingredients (You can see which ones you need by looking at the recipe there)

yeah there isnt exactly a place to go searching for it. It's random loot on corposes, and often in little medical chests/kits near trucks or in buildings. You can also make it as one responder had said; it is the easiet item to craft from the chemistry station. its ingredients are the most plentiful, I've found.

Um incidentally, I also put on anti rad gear when I go wandering in water or if it rains or there are ghouls about. the gas masks, or sack hoods and stuff actually do help and reduce the rate of radiation received.

Anyway I've used only 2 rad aways so far, but used several in making different chems and have made them just to sell or stockpile inc ase I need them later.
