Help completing a BoS side quest (spoilers)

So im at the bit in the airport where i confront clarke in duty or dishonoured. How do i get to speak to him (so i can convince him to turn himself in and get tge t60 armour piece), no matter what i do he always attacks me. Help.

You need high charisma (than your current one) and if you are a female character and have black widow perk you get a higher chance to convice him to report himself.

kill him or reload a save (back to when you were outside) and rank up your chatting skills

NO the problem is i cant get him to even talk to me, let alone have a go at persuasion, whenever i go into the room he attacks me.

kill him or reload a save (back to when you were outside) and rank up your chatting skills

you dont understand, i CANT TALK TO HIM. He just attacks me, i cant even initiate dialogue.

even before talking to him? impossible. if you already talked to him reset and come back. if you havent talked to him it is porbably a bug?!

I talked to him at the start of the quest, then followed him to the airport thingy, killed all the ghouls and got to the room where he is feeding them or whatever, I have the guide, so i know that somehow i can talk to him and convince him to turn himself in, but no matter what i never get to initiate dialogue and i end up killing him.

lol i think he killed a goule if you kill one he will attack you load a save out of that bit of area go in dont shoot them and then talk to him

just went in got to clarke without killing a single one, still is hostile.

ok to fix reload save so your outside the airport then pick up some steathboys go inside dont kill any of them then make your way to him

Same Problem, He's Hostile, Had the Same Issue with Kellogg and his Synths

i figured it out, when youre following him to the underground bit, if he spots you and runs up to you to ask what youre doing, he will be hostile. If he didnt, you can just go through and blast everything and he wont be.

Figured out that if you have a power armor helmet with targeting mod, it will ruin alot of find so and so quests like this one.

ye it's the bug of power armor helmet. If you wear that helmet, it will make lots of people hostile, which is probably a bug.
