Stuck on Call to Arms

So I am doing the quest with the BoS called Call to Arms, and we went into this building (which I think is call Arcjet or something?) to find a deep range transmitter, but I have a problem: There is a door I need to get rhough but I have to hack a terminal, and I don't have a high enough hack level. Is there another way around the door, or another way to open it? Or do I really have to wait until I level up a few times to continue the quest?
