I can't find one either. I posted a suggestion for Bethesda Support to please provide a manual. Yes I can figure it out eventually but what is the thing any more where companies don't provide manuals. At least have one built into the game.

in game press esc and you have Help (lots of thing in that)

There is a Help section in game
, maybe that's the new thing, free Help file but $40 for a big fat manual guide book shipped from wherever....

Uh, this is a console game. In 2015. With something like 99% of the world having internet access.

Nobody does manuals anymore. That's what the wiki *is*.

That there's a 'Help' option at all is a huge point in Bethesda's favor. Most games would either force you through a long, involved, heavily scripted tutorial and not let you do anything until you finished it.

UHHH:::: I am not playing on console... like doh.. are you freaking 12... some of us VETRANS like a bit of manual..pdfs...you kids...

I find it very strange because all other games under bethesda have an offical pdf manual on their official website until their previous release Wolfenstein the old blood. Weird that there is no feedback from devs as well about the missing manual. See the link:

But it seems to have been designed with consoles heavily in mind, hence the weirdo UI.

Exactly, designed for consoles. So with that in mine a manual for PC users is especially needed. Especially with the new workbench features etc..

It's strange. Someone on the FO4 sub said that the help menu had a lot of useful information. On console, if you select the 'Help' option at the opening screen, it refers you to manuals.bethsoft.com, where there is no manual. However, if you select it while you are in game, it opens properly.
