Is AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series good enough to play Fallout 4?

Am I able to play Fallout 4 with this card??
I'd like to buy the game but i am not sure if it is enough.

Hi, I have an AMD Radeon HD 6870 card (6800 series) in my Desktop, and Fallout 4 runs pretty smoothly (~40fps) but I admit I had to make manually some heavy tweaks on my INIs files to reduce the quality and use some mods to optimize the fps (low default quality wasn't enough to run Fo4 properly).

You can check mods I use on NexusMods :
Fallout 4 ini files Ultra Super Low Settings[www.nexusmods.com]
Wasteland 512 Textures[www.nexusmods.com]
Texture Optimization Project[www.nexusmods.com]
and I'm still testing some other tweaks..

The game doesn't look super great with these settings but it's fluid.

I you have at least 8 Go of Ram it should be OK.

I meant 60~50fps most of the time, but doesn't drop under 40fps.
