Future Retro Achievement not unlocking

This achievement will not unlock, I played Red menace took the holo tape played it for a while on pipboy too. Still no Achivement. what gives?

All others so far seemed to be unlocking.

Anyone find a fix for this? I revisited the vault and played the game again after a few days of playing in the wastelands and it still doesn't unlock for me.

same here, only achievement so far i dont get, no matter what i do

that was my first achievement. i just woke up and went right to the terminal in vault 111. make sure you have and fps counters like fraps off, it messes with steam

Console doesnt affect acheivments any more, they still pop.

The real question is have you won?
Won it right away when i played donky kong with the radioactive barrels... and won.
Then got it.

i didnt win, I started a new game, ran to the terminal literally started the game and exited without even playign and it popped.
