Where to find Preston Garvey again? i lost him

After i defeated the mirulek queen, i cant find him anymore. someone help please

From what I've had happen after you finsh there related quest they go back to whatever settlement you assigned them to. Ecception being if they are on a quest that requres them to be somewhere.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dogmeat was on the other side of the commonwealth for just one quest it was annoying.

Usually in Sanctuary if he's lost but to complete that quest though i thought he stayed in the castle courtyard.

if you have any of his settlement quests still, finish it and you will be pointed to him wherever he is.

usually he ends up in sanctuary takes a while for him to walk there though

That happened to me, after killing the queen i was supposed to meet them all in the court yard, Gravey ran a marathon across the map for some reason and then returned to the castle. If you are still at that part, try sleeping or waiting for a couple of hours until he makes it back to the court. (It usually points at him in the map, to complete the quest)
