The Silver Shroud Glitch? - Kent

So I have complete the silver shroud quest line but am confused about Kent. Is he ment to stand still for ever to only mention returning to goodniebor.

In my game he returned, and said he would upgrade my suit. However he just says no upgrades available even after waiting for 3 days ingame.

In my game after the quest he just disappeared. He says on the radio to come back because he has something, but then he isn't in the den. I would love to find out his Character ID if anyone knew it prehaps?

i went to him theres no upgrade, seesh another bug

He does it over time, and i've got one i don't use the suit now. You have to wait for him to call you

I'm also having the bug, I hear on the shroud radio that he has a delivery for me and to come meet him in memory den, but he's not there...

From experience and from what I see online, if you do this quest too late then the radio station will never come back on and you can never upgrade the armor.

Got lucky then, he allows me to upgrade the shroud armour but I have to visit him at the raiders base...

Anyone else having problem with upgrading the costume? I finished the questline, Kent is sitting in his radio room and telling me he will have upgrades later. The thing is I have finished this quest after lvl 50 and last upgrade is on 45 i think, it triggers when you reach certain level. It seems that if you finish this quest after lvl 45+ you will get no upgrade for the costume even though Kent promise otherwise, but I'm not sure. Can anyone confirm that? Anyone else has the same problem?

Yeah, I too have noticed that he never left the raider base even after in-game weeks. The Radio station finally came back on, but he still hasn't returned
