Auto detect video hardware everytime I open the game

Whenever I open the game, the launcher auto sets my video, changing my own preferences. How do I stop this? If it makes a difference, I used the config tool by Bilago to change my fov

Only suggestion I have is to make sure Windows File protection isn't blocking access to Users\YOURACCOUNT\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

core rules
have Bios and chipset driver update to that board or pc name
then gpu drivers
then lauch the Bethesda launch menu with the game check right GPU card is selected

laptop run infullperformance if you can get past 3.0ghz you alreadyare in trouble
even then its say 2,8ghz thats a problem in balance mode with most laptop that reduce clock speed. i can be rude and say if you dont have a desktop pc with 2,8 full time real clock then you need to ask bethesda , but if you read game requirements that is a desktop requirements and never a laptop with weaker clock , so intel boost might not cover missing clock cycle. ( dont bother me with it ask bethesda support, i stick to game requirement only ) they can change as they see fit , so i give a crap what other ay here, i even recall old requirement's 8 cpu or game wont work, im sure3 most have forgot such detail so they most have reduce or optimize game for older pc.

besure this is not own access issue with Document folder access from ransom ware its a anti-virus blocking issue today.

and yes this game and many other have use Document sense windows vista, and things has change, so even savegame and its configuration files is locate there.

Seems like a permissions and file security issue. Are you Administrator on PC when running this game ?

(you may have to take a different path to get those places but essentially it will get your there) Check Settings - Virus and Security - Virus and Threat Protection. Scroll down and you should see a Controlled folder access.

Check if your Documents is one of the protected folders. If so you want to exclude
C:\Users\YOURaccount\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\
