"Spoils of War" Quest Glitch. Please help. (QuestID needed for reset)

First quest objective was to talk to a character. Walked away towards the end of conversation when I thought I understood the next step. Character said something like, "where are you going I'm not done talking to you yet." so I went back and the character acted like I was done talking to them/I was already in the second objective stage. I am hoping to find the QuestID so I can reset the quest in the console. If anyone has the ID or another solution that would be greatly appreciated.

There is a fix, please tell anyone. Refuse to go with Paladin. Explain in dialogue before jumping on vertibird you demand to go alone. Be insistant, but now I have no glitch :)

Actually, remember to save often throughout. This quest is buggy but can still be completed.

Well, the by-pass works, and I've gotten to the "ending" but can I go to the main deck now? Or is it still bugged?:(
