Preset character look

did any one else just stick with on of the preset looks and did not dare mess with the editor?

Yeah, I picked a preset female character. People usually get very ugly faces when messing with the editor. I guess that's what they really wanted.

i used the first female one since se look awesome any way then pick one of the others for my male while adding a scar just for good luck

I did the same thing I always do, mess around with it for an hour until I finally feel that my character is decent looking enough only to change my mind 30 minutes into the game and continue on til finish wishing I would have kept the preset, lol.

I swear every editor option I messed with only made for uglier faces. It's like they intended it only as a ghoul creator.

I actually made the female younger and as close as possible to my FO3 and NV character. Half the hair cuts were not available though, the ones that were just horrid. I'd of liked an importer. That would be a great mod.

change a few color options, but yeah stay with the default toon build

I used a preset for my character's spouse. But I spent quite a bit of time on my character. I chose a preset that was close to the look I wanted, then tweaked it to my liking. I love the character creation system this time around.

How far are you into the game? There are some updated versions of some of the more extreme or punk styled hairs from FO3 and NV available. You just don't find them at the very beginning of the game. But, they exist.

I used the first preset as a starter base, but I changed a lot of features. I didn't really mess with changing the sizes much though.

Of course not! A friend of mine made a perfect recreation of Morgan Freeman for his character. That's how in depth the customization is.

I really couldn't be arsed to sit there for ages, tweaking my character's face. Only to rarely ever see it.

I def made mine look a little more beat up. Always thought it was silly that a character who is in so many fights can look so clean.
