Settlement building gives u XP. so does crafting. So whenever you are taking a break from fighting, you craft and clear your materials and stuff, you will level maybe a few times.
You know all those meats you get from monsters? Easiest crafting would be cooking. Go and use those mutated meats and cook up some steaks and soup.
cooking. combining chems buffout + jet = buffjet etc. All these easy crafting adds XP
so in the end, could be a supper human, or in this case, no longer human.
killing small monsters, doing early quests gives good exp, I just can't wait for perks to build up. crafting give me 7 exp per craft.
early game don't have enogh points to biuld a focused character, this is my only complant. have to grind alot.
Wanna hit max level ? See ya in 10 years
If you find a locked safe that's connected to a terminal which can lock/unlock said safe, you can lockpick the safe, then re-lock it using the terminal, and lockpick/relock it over and over for more exp.
Needless to say, this is a very slow way to farm, but I'm just really proud I've figured it out!

Would need the perk that stops lockpicks breaking I would imagine!
Well, it's slow as hell and you get around 25 xp per lockpicking, IF it's an expert lock... and it takes forever to do repeatedly so not worth it.
I said "Screw this" after the second go, heh.
And what perk combos? You can get every single one in the game, theres literally no such thing as a "build" in this game anymore. Actually putting effort into a game dissappeard after Bethesda ruined this Franchise.
yes, I never really power-leveled in beth games, as it sorta... takes away from the mood, but hey. Also, if you wanted every perk on one char, I heard you need to be level 200 something, whhich when each level takes more xp than the last, I'd say there IS such a thing as a build.
Do you need a Snickers? You seem angry.
