Garage Diagnostic cart?

Is this cart used for anything? Cause if I scrap it I get some pretty good resources. Used for anything at all?

I've scrapped mine, nothing comes up on the thing when u cursor over it like a armor stand or work bench.

Nothing at all atm, unless they introduce fixing up cars in a dlc
