It's 3%. The quest that finishes when you walk up to the Museum in Concord gives a base of 200. 206 at INT 1, 260 at INT 10, 272 at INT 12, etc.

Awesome, good to know.

Since you seem "in the know," what is the proc rate on Idiot Savant then? Is it actually "better" xp to have int 1, but then get 5x xp more ofent?

Well certainly, I got Int 10 and I've already made it a point to max it out.

I'd just wonder if it actually is "better" to go Int 1, Idiot Savant maxed, Int 10 Idiot Savant maxed, or some mix in-between.

On the reddit forums someone did a massive statistical breakdown of intelligence and the idiot savant perk. Check that out if you're curious.

He initially messed up on what 1 point of INT gets you, but looks like he'll update that later.

I would advise that you get the INT you need to get the perks you want, and then decide if the perk cost now plus listening to that stupid sound effect is worth extra XP down the road based on whatever INT level you have. ;)

Int 2 and idiot Savant or above 15 is best, just saw a post on Reddit
