Since you seem "in the know," what is the proc rate on Idiot Savant then? Is it actually "better" xp to have int 1, but then get 5x xp more ofent?
I'd just wonder if it actually is "better" to go Int 1, Idiot Savant maxed, Int 10 Idiot Savant maxed, or some mix in-between.
He initially messed up on what 1 point of INT gets you, but looks like he'll update that later.
I would advise that you get the INT you need to get the perks you want, and then decide if the perk cost now plus listening to that stupid sound effect is worth extra XP down the road based on whatever INT level you have. ;)
