I don't see a computer hacking or lockpicking perk.

So which perks up these skills? I read the perk descriptions and don't see anything on either of them. The "pickpocket" perk has a picture of a guy picking a lock but he's turned around picking the pocket of someone else as if to imply the lockpicking is just a cover. Anyone know?

Move your mouse all the way to the bottom of the screen and it'll scroll down further. Took me a bit to find it as well.

If this doesn't work, know that you can, I had some wierd bug where it took me a minute to go down.

I had to use right mouse click and drag to get it to show as just moving the mouse wasn't working for some reason.
