Perk screen

Hi

I've just started playing this tonight and the controls are taking a bit of getting used to lol

How do I open the perk screen without having the level up notification on the screen? I've tried holding tab but that just turns a flashlight on.

I levelled up and opened the perk menu by holding tab. I then quit out of that screen without selecting a perk. Now I don't seem to be able to get the screen back :/

No worries I found it..../noob mode off

you press tab to go to your pip boy, and press T to get to perks. I do think we have a button to go straight to perks but I havent found it yet.

If I was a guessing man though, I think it'd be over by the inventory button. So like O, or J, or K
