Help with a possibly bugged quest

The quest is Quartermastery, part of BoS questline, which for me now is the _first_ quest given by that Haylen woman. The quest tells me to get a Haptic Drive from Greater Mass Blood Clinic. The quest marker is shown few meters underground below the clinic building and I just can't figure a way in if there indeed is a some kind of a cave / something. Some of the guides etc. tell me that the Blood Clinic quest should be 2nd of the quests that Haylen gives and this leads me to believe that the questmarker is in the wrong place. Is it a bugged marker, and if it is, where can I find the Haptic Drive to complete the quest?

I believe also that Quartermastery quest can be done multiple (2 or more?) times and at one of those times I must go to Beantown Brewery, kill Tower Tom and loot something there. I have already cleared brewery before the quartermastery quest and possibly(?) ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the game...? Ideas?

...Or am I just as blind as a bat?

I have the survival guide to this game and I can't figure it out as well. Somewhere there is a basement, I can see where I need to go but cannot get to it - looked online at wiki, still no help.

Yes there actually is a basement in there. Found out that later when went to search for it again. If I remember it correctly the basement where the Haptic Drive is located is accessible somewhere near where the roof is collapsed in the building - could be that I remember it incorrectly though. Just circle around everywhere in the hospital building and you can find a door which is obvious but somewhat well hidden. Not bugged. :)
