chem station in sanctuary? (without perk to build)

is there a chem station in sanctuary?

im probably only a few quests in; so no spoiler's please. Tonight I want to try my hand at building up Sanctuary, because I haven't tried the settlement/building system at all really yet, and I want to.

to my knowledge; there isn't one. If there is, where is it, and can I move it closer to the other stations? Or, could I Take one from elsewhere and place it in sanctuary?? Rather, do I 'Have' to get the rank 2 local leader perk to be able to craft/place a chem station at sanctuary where I want to?

I'm not sure if it's there right away, but there is one and it can be moved.

If you are coming across the bridge on the way INTO Sanctuary, stick to your left and it's behind one of the houses.

I moved the chem station and the cooking station over to where the rest of the stations are.
