PSA: found an easy way to remove unwanted supply lines !

[DOGGYSTYLER 🗕 🗗 🗙]

1. Go to the starting town of the supply line
2. Make a chair facing the destination town of the supply line
3. Sit and skip 1 hour until you see your dumbass settler
4. Catch him before he goes out of the green town line and reassign his ass to a crop field or something

Solved for now...

This works if settlers has only 1 supply line. One of mine had two, but cant remove first one. Only latest line. I tried to assing him on multiple crops, but the first line never gone away.

i know what you mean i had the same thing what i did was i first issued "go" command to the target assignable job then tried to assign them after 5-6 tries brahmin dissapeared and they stayed in the settlement be patient...

No matter what i do the first line wont go away. The person stay all the time as Provider. First supply line were from Sunshine Tidings Co-op to Sanctuary and second from Sunshine Tidings Co-op to Red Rocket Truck Stop. I even moved him to another settlement, but still the line is there and he randomly dissapear from his settlement even he has no assingments to supply anything.

They really need an easy way to reassign. I sent like ten of my folks from sanctuary to the furthest settlements not realizing how the supply line thing works and had a hard time getting them food for awhile.

I have the same problem and also with supply line Sanctuary-Sunshine Tidings, other lines seems good. When I wanted to change line from Sanctuary-Sunshine Tidings to Abernathy Farm-Sunshine Tidings my Provisioner seemed to begin a new line, but the old one remained, so I had 2 lines on map while Sanctuary-Sunshine Tidings was not factually operated. Really don't know what to do with it: tried to kill Provisioner, send her to another job, resettle, disable/enable - the first line remains. Waiting for patching or at least some tips.

Isolate the destination of the stuck provisioner by moving all other lines away from it, then mine the entrance.
That could "take care" of your problematic supply line. :3

You need a chair and a bell in the middle of the town next to each other. Ring the bell. Sit. Use the wait command to wait for 1 hour. Stand up. All the NPCs and settlers currently in the town should be by the bell.

To CHANGE the supply line, choose the Supply Line command (LB on xbox) from the workshop menu while aiming at a Provisioner.

To REMOVE the supply line, choose the Move command (X on xbox) from the workshop menu while aiming at the Provisioner, and move them to another town that you don't care about.

You may have to repeat this a couple of times if the provisioner is out of the town. This fix worked for me and took me a while to figure out, so I thought I'd share. Save frequently and don't blame me if it breaks your game. :)

I tried the waiting bit, for days at a time, I tried putting the bell and waiting on chair next to it, no matter what I do I can't get rid of the supply route lines in some settlements. In several of them it worked on the first or second try. But in some others it doesn't work at all, the Supplier never seems to show up no matter how much I wait, I have even tried walking over from settlement to settlement to see if I ever find the supplier, but it doesn't work at all I just can't get rid of about half of my supply lines. I'm getting so desperate that I'm tempted on just deleting my 100 hours game file and starting all over again.
